The TACW90 is our luxury thermal break aluminum casement window system, built on a 93mm structural depth with a flush-mounted sash and an integrated fly screen. Both the glass sash and the screen swing inward, and the sash sits flush with the frame on both the interior and exterior faces, producing the clean, uninterrupted planes that define high-end facades. The system is engineered around three sealing lines and an isothermal flushing principle that aligns the glass and the insulation strip on perpendicular isothermal lines, maximizing insulation performance. Built-in hinges are positioned within the middle sealing strip so the hardware stays protected from rainwater, acids and alkalis, making it easier to maintain and extending its service life.
The glass and the thermal insulation strip are aligned on perpendicular isothermal lines, which removes the remaining thermal bridge at the glazing plane and lets the assembly achieve its full insulation potential.
Three sealing lines — including a middle seal carried on the frame with welded sealing strips — deliver markedly better dust and water resistance than conventional two-line systems.
Inner and outer sealing strips provide both sealing and shock absorption, reducing the stress imposed on the glass under high wind pressure and lowering the risk of breakage.
