ACW50 is a basic Aluminum casement window system, it can be either single or double glazed. Due to its good performances, this system could meet the customers’ requirements in many countries.
The ACW50 is our basic aluminum casement window system, built on a 50mm non-thermal-break profile and designed as an economical, dependable solution for contemporary homes and commercial buildings. It accepts either single or double glazing, allowing the specification to be matched precisely to the project’s budget and performance requirement. Aluminum’s inherent strength permits narrower sightlines and larger glass areas than most alternative materials, so ACW50 maximizes daylight and outward views while remaining virtually maintenance-free. As a non-thermal-break system, it is best suited to mild and temperate climates and to internal or sheltered applications where a thermally broken profile is not required.
Aluminum will not rot, warp or crack over time. Its inherent strength allows narrower frames and larger panes of glass, maximizing views and natural light, and delivers a service life that can exceed 40 years.
The high strength-to-weight ratio of the extrusion permits the slimmer profiles that architects favour for contemporary facades, increasing the glass-to-frame ratio on every elevation.
The electrostatically applied powder coating is exceptionally tough and resists fading, scratching and corrosion in all weather conditions, keeping its appearance for years with minimal upkeep.
Aluminum profiles maintain their rigidity and stability through extreme heat, cold, wind and rain. They will not swell, shrink or become brittle, guaranteeing consistent operation and a weather-tight seal.

Can the size be customized?
Yes. All ACW50 windows are custom-made to fit your specific rough openings.
Is ACW50 a thermally broken system?
No. ACW50 is our non-thermal-break aluminum casement system. For thermally broken performance, please refer to the TACW70 or TACW90 systems.
Which glazing should I choose?
Single glazing suits mild climates and budget-focused projects; double glazing improves thermal and acoustic performance and is recommended for most habitable rooms.
Does the color fade over time?
No. Our professional powder coating is highly resistant to UV fading.
How long is the warranty?
We typically offer 5–10 years warranty on profiles and hardware, depending on the project requirements.
Do you provide export packaging?
Yes. We use protective corners, stretch wrap, and seaworthy wooden crates or pallets to ensure safe delivery.
