ASW80 window system is widely used in bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens, and other places for homes, sometimes for commercial and industrial buildings, due to its easy operation and space-saving feature. It can be single glazed, or double glazed. Different lock types meet different needs.
The ASW80 is a high-performance aluminum sliding window system built on an 80mm non-thermal-break profile frame. Sashes glide horizontally along the track, so the window occupies no interior or exterior space and can be positioned where a projecting casement would be impractical. It is widely used in bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens in residential projects, and occasionally in commercial and industrial buildings, thanks to its easy operation and space-saving characteristics. The system accepts single or double glazing, and a range of lock types is available to suit different security requirements, making ASW80 a flexible, durable and economical choice for projects where expansive views and good ventilation are priorities.
Sliding sashes open and close with minimal physical effort, which makes the system convenient for daily use and suitable for openings that are frequently operated, including by children and elderly occupants.
The sliding arrangement typically provides a wider, more expansive view than other window types of comparable size, since the frame does not need to accommodate a projecting sash or a large central meeting stile.
Sliding windows can offer excellent airflow when fully open, and the sash can be positioned to control the amount of ventilation precisely.
With no sash projecting into the room or beyond the facade, the system is a good choice where swing windows would interfere with walkways, furniture, blinds, curtains or external shading.

A sliding fly screen is available, providing insect protection without restricting ventilation and without adding an obtrusive second frame line when retracted.
No painting or refinishing is required. Occasional cleaning of the frame and track, plus annual lubrication of the rollers, is sufficient to keep the window operating smoothly.

Is ASW80 a thermally broken system?
No. ASW80 uses a non-thermal-break aluminum frame. For thermally broken sliding performance, please refer to the TASW80 system.
Can I fit an insect screen?
Yes. A sliding type fly screen is available for this system.
Which glazing should I choose?
Single glazing suits mild climates and budget-focused projects; double glazing improves thermal and acoustic performance and is recommended for most habitable rooms.
How long is the warranty?
We typically offer 5–10 years warranty on profiles and hardware, depending on the project requirements.
Do you provide export packaging?
