PSW80 is a basic uPvc sliding window system, it can be either single or double glazed. Two sliding sashes with an integrated flyscreen make it a perfect window type for different locations. Due to its affordability, it has been widely used in many countries.
The PSW80 is a European style UPVC sliding window system built on an 80mm structural depth, featuring two sliding sashes and a fully integrated sliding flyscreen. Sashes glide horizontally within the frame plane, so the window occupies no interior or exterior space and is well suited to bedrooms, living areas, balconies and commercial premises. Compared with the slimmer PSW62, the deeper 80mm frame increases bending strength and produces a more substantial, elegant appearance, making it the better choice for large openings, floor-to-ceiling glazing and elevations subject to higher wind pressure. Double glazing, a 1.5mm steel reinforcement and a triple-chamber profile deliver excellent thermal, acoustic and weather performance.
An integrated sliding flyscreen sits in its own track, providing continuous insect protection even when the sash is fully open, and retracts out of the way when the window is closed.
Because both sashes slide within the frame plane, the system requires no clearance inside or outside the building — ideal for balconies, walkways and furnished rooms.
The 80mm deepened profile raises the section’s bending strength considerably compared with slimmer sliding systems, making PSW80 suitable for large floor-to-ceiling windows and areas exposed to high wind pressure.
The triple-chamber profile and steel reinforcement, combined with double glazing, deliver outstanding energy efficiency and thermal performance, lowering long-term HVAC energy consumption.
Sealed multi-chamber construction and double glazing suppress external noise, creating a quieter interior in urban and traffic-adjacent settings.
High-quality weatherstripping and a single-point or multi-point locking mechanism withstand harsh weather, while the track profile manages and drains water away from the interior.
The deeper frame reads as more substantial and refined, and the concealed screen design keeps the appearance clean from both inside and outside. A wide range of surface finishes is available.
UPVC resists rot, rust and corrosion and needs no painting. Cleaning the track and frame is all that is required to maintain smooth operation over a long service life.

Foam Filling: Fill the perimeter gap with high-quality expanding foam for optimal insulation and waterproofing, then trim flush after curing.
Waterproof Sealing: Apply exterior-grade silicone sealant to external joints and confirm that the track drainage slots and weep holes remain unobstructed.
Screen Assembly: Fit the integrated flyscreen and confirm it travels the full width without binding or leaving a gap at either jamb.
Sash Adjustment: Verify that the sashes slide smoothly, meet evenly at the interlock, and that the lock engages without force.
Track Protection: Keep all tracks free of mortar, plaster and debris throughout the remaining construction works.
Film Removal: Remove protective films promptly after installation to avoid adhesive residue from sun exposure.
Regular Cleaning: Vacuum and brush the tracks regularly, clean the frame with a soft cloth and water, and lubricate rollers and hardware annually.
Can the size be customized?

What is the difference between PSW80 and PSW62?
PSW80 has a deeper 80mm profile and an integrated sliding flyscreen, giving greater bending strength and larger sash capability; PSW62 is lighter and more economical but has no integrated screen.
Is the flyscreen removable for cleaning?
Yes. The integrated sliding screen can be lifted out of its track for cleaning and re-fitted without tools.
