PCW60 is a basic UPVC casement window system, it can be either single or double glazed. Due to its good performances, this system could meet the customers’ requirements in many countries.
The PCW60 is an economical UPVC casement window system built on a 60mm structural depth and a 3-chamber profile design. As a foundational entry in our UPVC casement range, it supports both single and double glazing and delivers dependable thermal insulation, weather resistance and security for commercial and residential projects across a wide range of international markets. The system is reinforced with a 1.5mm (or customized) steel liner and operated by a multi-point locking mechanism, making it a practical, low-maintenance choice for office buildings, commercial developments and residential construction where proven performance and budget control matter equally. Sizes, colors, glass build-ups and hardware are fully customizable to match each project’s fenestration drawing.
The triple-chamber UPVC profile, combined with the option of double glazing, reduces heat transfer through the frame and glass. This helps keep interiors warmer in winter and cooler in summer, lowering heating and cooling loads.
The multi-chamber hollow profile and sealed double-glazed unit form an effective barrier against external noise, creating a quieter indoor environment for offices and homes located near traffic or commercial activity.
UPVC does not rot, rust or corrode. The system resists rain, wind and temperature fluctuation without swelling, cracking or losing dimensional stability, and maintains a weather-tight seal across seasonal extremes.
A 1.5mm steel reinforcement (customizable) is inserted into the main profile chambers to stiffen the frame and sash, improving wind-load resistance and keeping the sash true over its service life.
The multi-point locking system engages the sash at several points along the frame, significantly increasing resistance to forced entry compared with single-point hardware.
UPVC requires no painting or periodic refinishing. Routine cleaning with a soft cloth and mild detergent is sufficient to keep the profile looking new.
The system supports fixed, swing out/in, tilt-turn and awning configurations within one profile family, allowing mixed window types to be specified on a single elevation with consistent sightlines.
A retractable screen is available as an option, providing ventilation without admitting insects while remaining out of sight when not in use.

Opening Inspection: Confirm the rough opening is level, square, plumb and free of debris before setting the frame.
Frame Fixing: Set packers at the specified positions, then anchor the frame with expansion bolts at standard spacing; do not over-torque and distort the profile.
Foam Filling: Fill the perimeter gap with high-quality expanding foam for insulation and waterproofing; trim flush once cured.
Waterproof Sealing: Apply exterior-grade silicone sealant to the external joints and verify that the drainage slots are clear and unobstructed.
Glass Installation: Use correct setting blocks to keep the glass clear of direct contact with the UPVC profile and steel reinforcement.
Sash Adjustment: After installation, fine-tune the hinges and lock points so the sash closes smoothly and the gasket compresses evenly.
Film Removal: Remove protective films promptly after installation to prevent adhesive residue from baking on in sunlight.
Regular Cleaning: Clean frames and tracks with a soft cloth and water; lubricate hardware once a year. Avoid abrasive cleaners and solvent-based products.
Avoid Impact: Protect the glass edges and frame corners from mechanical impact during construction and subsequent trade work.
Can the size be customized?
Yes. Every PCW60 window is made to your specific rough opening dimensions.
Is PCW60 suitable for cold climates?
It is our economical casement option. For colder regions we recommend stepping up to the PCW70 or PCW82 system for a higher chamber count.
Are these windows energy efficient?
Yes. The triple-chamber profile and optional double glazing reduce heat transfer, and the thermal performance improves further with Low-E glass.
Does the color fade over time?
No. The co-extruded and laminated finishes are highly resistant to UV fading.
How long is the warranty?
We typically offer 5–10 years warranty on profiles and hardware, depending on project requirements.
Do you provide export packaging?
Yes. We use protective corners, stretch wrap, and seaworthy wooden crates or pallets to ensure safe delivery.
