The PSD88 is a basic UPVC sliding door system built on an 88mm structural depth with three tracks, allowing two sliding panels plus an integrated sliding screen to travel within a single frame. It is a practical choice for balconies, terraces, patios and interior transitions, where a wide clear opening and unobstructed circulation matter more than a flush threshold. The integrated sliding screen provides effective insect protection while the door is open. The system supports single or double glazing and a 2.0mm (or customized) steel reinforcement, and is supplied in White, Black, Grey or Bronze, widely used in residential and commercial projects worldwide.
Three independent tracks allow two sliding panels and a screen to operate within one frame, delivering a wide clear opening without the space penalty of a hinged door.
The sliding screen travels on its own track and can be closed independently of the door panels, providing effective insect protection for the whole opening.
UPVC resists rot, rust and corrosion, giving the door a long service life with minimal upkeep. A 2.0mm (or customized) steel reinforcement stiffens the frame and panels for reliable operation over large openings.
The multi-chamber UPVC profile and optional double glazing reduce heat transfer, helping to keep interiors warmer in winter and cooler in summer and lowering energy costs.
Sealed construction and double glazing suppress external noise, creating a quieter transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The system resists rain, wind and temperature fluctuation without swelling or losing dimensional stability, and the track profile is designed to drain water away from the interior.
Single-point or multi-point locking is available to match the security requirement of the project, with multi-point hardware providing significantly greater resistance to forcing.
No painting or refinishing is required. Cleaning the frame and flushing the tracks periodically is sufficient to keep the door operating smoothly.

Opening Inspection: Confirm the opening is level, square, plumb and free of debris, and check that the sill is flat and true so the tracks drain and the panels run correctly.
Frame Fixing: Position packers at the specified intervals and anchor the frame with expansion bolts at standard spacing, taking care not to distort the tracks.
Foam Filling: Fill the perimeter gap with high-quality expanding foam for insulation and waterproofing, then trim flush after curing.
Waterproof Sealing: Apply exterior-grade silicone sealant to external joints and confirm that the track drainage slots and weep holes remain clear.
Threshold Detail: Set the bottom track so that it drains outward; where the door opens onto a balcony or patio, ensure the surrounding paving falls away from the opening.
Panel Adjustment: Verify that the panels slide smoothly, meet evenly at the interlock, and that the lock engages without force; adjust rollers as required.
Screen Assembly: Fit the integrated flyscreen and confirm it travels the full width without binding.
Film Removal: Remove protective films promptly after installation to avoid adhesive residue from sun exposure.
Regular Cleaning: Vacuum and flush the tracks regularly, clean the frame with a soft cloth and water, and lubricate rollers and locking hardware annually.
Can the size be customized?

How many panels can be fitted?
